Extracellular Vesicles: Communication Across Barriers

We are pleased to invite you to this year’s joint meeting of the German, Austrian, and Swiss EV communities, taking place from 28 to 30 September 2026 at the University Hospital Erlangen. Over three days, the meeting will bring together researchers from all career stages to discuss current developments in extracellular vesicle biology, technologies, and applications.

The programme will feature sessions on the fundamentals of EV biology, purification and characterization, methodological advances, microbial EVs, clinical translation, reproducibility and open questions in EV research, as well as novel EV sources and emerging concepts. Keynote lectures, selected abstracts, poster sessions, roundtable discussions, and industry presentations will offer a broad and interactive scientific agenda. A welcome reception and social event will further create space for networking and exchange.
