GSEV Autumn Meeting 2025 — Essen • 25–26 September

Final call to register. Join us at the Audimax, University Hospital Essen, for two days focused on EV biogenesis, characterization and standardization, reproducibility, and translational applications across neurology, immunity, and cancer. Invited speakers include Rienk Nieuwland, Carlos Salomon Gallo, Amy Buck, Héctor Peinado, Josephine Herz, and Elke Pogge von Strandmann.

• Non-GSEV students: €100

• Non-GSEV scientists / non-academic institutions: €250

Venue: Audimax, University Hospital Essen, Hufelandstraße 55, 45147 Essen. Public transport is recommended (U17 “Holsterhauser Platz”; trams 101/106; buses 160/161). Limited parking is available.

MOVE European Mobility Fellowship — Call for applications (deadline 31 October 2025)

Support of up to €3,000 for travel and subsistence (bench fees excluded) for 1–3month research stays in a European host EV lab. Eligibility: GSEV members who are technicians, PhD students, or early postdocs (≤5 years postPhD). Host PI must be a member of the national EV society in the host country. Apply by emailing a single PDF (application form, CV, 1page motivation, 1page project plan, estimated travel costs) to info@gsev.org. Decisions within four weeks of the deadline.

Call for GSEV ambassadors — SNEV Interconnect (rolling, no deadline)

We are recruiting GSEV Ambassadors to serve as the point of contact between GSEV, the Student Network on Extracellular Vesicles (SNEV), and ISEV. Ambassadors help connect earlycareer researchers with the global EV community, shape joint events, and gain societylevel experience and visibility. Send a brief motivation letter (≤½ page) outlining your interest and availability to info@gsev.org. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis.
